How is your jewellery made?
Each piece of jewellery we create is made with precision and attention to detail. We use the best materials and personally supervise each stage of the process in our workshop. Our aim is to create an elegant product that is not only beautiful, but also designed to last for years.
What if I need help after the store closes?
Our physical store has closed, but the online shop will remain open until stocks are exhausted. The lifetime guarantee remains valid at all times, whether the store is open or not.
We offer a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your jewellery has a problem related to manufacturing or materials, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Exclusions:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage, misuse or loss
- Tarnishing due to chemicals or water
- Modifications or repairs by third parties

Do you offer repair services?
We do not currently offer repair services. For any repairs, we recommend that you consult a watch technician who can provide professional assistance and ensure that your timepiece is properly maintained.
How do I look after my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking good and working properly:
1. Wipe them gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and do not let them soak.
2. Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original box.
3. For watches, be sure to replace the battery if necessary and, for mechanical watches, wind them regularly.
